BLAKE WEBB

Blake began his commercial real estate career as a site analyst for a regional retail developer. As a site analyst, Blake’s responsibilities included site identification within strategically identified markets, preparing real estate packets for corporate approval, and once approved, working through the due diligence process. This process included working with site engineers, municipalities, and all governing bodies to ensure the project entitlement timeline was strictly adhered to.
Blake has been able to resource this wealth of experience and leverage it on the brokerage side of commercial real estate. He enjoys working with clients to identify sites for development opportunities and utilizing skill sets throughout the permitting process. Blake prides himself on a client-driven focus, which creates opportunities for both developers and investors. As a native of Moore County, Blake maintains strong ties to the community keeping a steady pulse on the commercial real estate market.
Blake is an active member of the Southern Pines Rotary Club, past Sergeant of Arms for the Sandhills Rotary Club, and a member of the Sandhills Cycling Club. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, riding his bike, working on his farm and relaxing by the beach.

Born and raised in Moore County. Talmadge Shepherd has enjoyed all the area has to offer. From growing up in West End and attending Pinecrest High School, to buying his first house in Southern Pines, Talmadge has experienced first hand this area’s growth and development; and has a vested interest in seeing his hometown thrive.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, Talmadge spent the next several years working in digital media for some of the top ad-tech companies. After purchasing his home in Southern Pines in 2022, he decided to pursue real estate as a way to share what he loves about his community. In addition to being a broker and property manager, Talmadge is also a member of the Southern Pines Historic District Commission and enjoys hot yoga, traveling the state and spending time with family and friends listening to good music.
